There is a hearing loop system in the Arena, and headsets or neck loops are available on the day. To book tickets in the areas that are covered by the system, please call the Access Line on 020 8782 5629 leave a message and a member of staff will call you back.
A hearing loop is installed in the hall, which can be used by switching your hearing aid to the T position. They are also installing two new and separate hearing loops this Summer; downstairs in the Bechstein room, which is a function space that can be divided into two rooms. This is where the venue often has special events and pre-concert talks, as well as study group sessions.
