Personal In-Ear-Monitors (IEMs) are custom moulded and utilise miniature balanced armature transducer technology to deliver the ultimate in sound quality. The tiny magnetic receivers offer high resistance to mechanical shock and deliver smooth responses with very low distortion levels. For connection to IEM equipment, MP3, HiFi and most communication systems, IEMs reduce the ambient sound environment by approximately 26 dB.
This reduction in the outside noise allows for a safer, lower listening volume from the source whilst at the same time delivering a superbly detailed sound reproduction.
Swim plugs
Using the finest medical grade silicone materials, our custom molded Catamaran swim plugs offer superior water protection for your ears. Individuals with PE tubes, myringotomy, or any problems associated with otitis externa or otitis media will feel confident when wearing these swim plugs in the water.
These floatable earpieces offer a soft and comfortable fit that will not shrink or harden, providing the user with many seasons of problem free use. All Catamaran Swim Plugs come with convenient recessed handles or removable cords are available upon request. Swim Plugs can be ordered in a wide variety of colors and there is even a glitter option for that personalized touch. Bright colours also make them easy to find if they are dropped.

Many people have difficulty sleeping due either to their snoring partner, unnatural work pattern or because of living in a noisy environment.
Sleepfit was developed initially for shift workers who needed to sleep during the daytime, however users reported their effectiveness at reducing the level of their partners snoring to a degree where it became possible for them to sleep soundly without distraction.
The concept of any custom made item is its individuality and uniqueness to its user. Sleepfit is no exception and user acceptance is very high, each pair being individually crafted under the strictest conditions from exact impressions of the users ears. Constructed from a very soft durable silicone, sleepfit is cut in such a way that it can be worn comfortably within the ear all night. Sleepfit is produced in yellow as standard.
The durability of our product will provide years of use (most users replace after 4 years) which equates to about 5 pence per day - a small price to pay for a sound nights sleep.

Shooting and Sporting Protection
Biopact silicone custom fitted hearing protection product is used for shooting and any other noisy leisure activity. Manufactured in transparent medical grade silicone it offers an approximate reduction of 28 dB (A) of ambient sound whilst still allowing the user to hear speech.
Digital electronic hearing protection is the ultimate in high-tech hearing protection. This custom moulded hearing protector is designed to minimise the risk of hearing damage while still allowing the user to enjoy speech. The digital protection will automatically cut in when there is a loud impulse sound.
Custom sonic valves are made of soft silicone and allow for comfortable, all-day wearing. The passive valves react upon impulse from sound waves and shutdown momentarily when a gun fires but still allows normal hearing at all other times. They are not electronic and the valve barrels can be removed for easy cleaning of the moulds.
